CHU moved it's 40m frequency to 7.85MHz on 1 Jan 2008 to escape interference from broadcast stations shifting their frequencies because of the new 40m allocations.  7.85 should be a clean frequency for CHU; I have begun monitoring doppler effects (as described in previous articles) as of 4 Jan 0200Z:
