As of 25 Dec 1645Z, I am now monitoring CHU 3.30MHz for ionospheric doppler effects.  The 40m frequency has interference from too many stations; I will try it again after CHU moves their 40m presence to a clear frequency at 7.85MHz on 1 Jan 2009.
